Apple and Microsoft 365, working together

We fully support Apple Mac, iPhone and iPad. Apple users can work seamlessly with Microsoft 365, just like their Windows peers.

Company-owned devices

Company-owned Apple devices are registered in Apple Business Manager and managed with Microsoft Intune. A new device sets itself up as soon as it is switched on and connected: your settings, Wi-Fi, email and apps are installed automatically, and the device stays enrolled even if someone erases it.

If a device is lost or stolen, we can lock it or erase it remotely.

Personal devices (BYOD)

Staff can securely use their own iPhone or iPad for work (Bring Your Own Device, or BYOD). Intune protects your organisation’s data inside apps such as Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, for example by requiring a PIN and preventing work files from being copied into personal apps, without taking control of the rest of the device.

When someone leaves, we remove the work data and leave their personal photos, messages and apps untouched.

Windows on Mac

Where a user requires a full Windows Desktop, we can provide this via Remote Desktop or Parallels. This allows a fully managed, corporate owned desktop on a personal, BYOD Apple device.

iPads for schools

For schools, we manage your fleet of iPads centrally, through Apple School Manager and Intune. Apps are installed, secured and kept up to date. iPads are locked down so that students cannot change settings, remove apps or install their own, and are limited to approved apps and websites.
