This is a pay-as-you-go service with a monthly retainer.

For a 4H SLA:

• £132.65 per hour during office hours.
• Minimum 10 hours per month retainer.

Basic

For organisations that require fixed IT costs and comprehensive support.

• 4H SLA.
• Procurement service.
• Warranty management.
• Unlimited telephone and on-site support for specified devices, users and line-of-business applications.
• Support requests placed via telephone helpdesk or email by any member of staff.

This is a pay-monthly service based on the number of devices, users and line-of-business applications to be supported.

For Microsoft Office 365 and 2 typical line-of-business applications:

• £150 setup per Laptop or PC.
• £75 monthly support per Laptop or PC.
• £10 monthly support per user.

Standard

For organisations that require fixed IT costs, managed devices and Cyber Essentials certification.

• 4H SLA.
• Procurement service.
• Warranty management.
• Unlimited telephone and on-site support for specified devices, users and line-of-business applications.
• Support requests placed via telephone helpdesk or email by any member of staff.
• Custom OS Image.
• Mobile Device Management.
• Cyber Essentials Certification.

This is a pay-monthly service based on the number of devices and users in your organisation. The monthly price includes annual Cyber Essentials certification.

For Microsoft Office 365 and 2 Cyber Essentials compliant line-of-business applications:

• £250 setup per Laptop or PC.
• £95 monthly support per Laptop or PC.
• £30 setup per user, includes up to 3 mobile devices.
• £45 monthly support per user, including up to 3 mobile devices.

Mentor

For organisations that want to reduce reliance on external managed service providers by owning and managing their own IT systems.

• Account management with 24/7 support via dedicated line for Tech Lead and nominated stakeholders.
• Targeted IT training that is relevant to your business.
• IT oversight to ensure compliance, security and risk management.

Price is determined by the number of devices and users in your organisation plus the time required to train and mentor your Tech Lead.

• Minimum £2500 per month spend on Managed Service Provision, Project Management or Consultancy.
